Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was delivered in the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The packaging is unopened
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The order was not a Pallet shipment
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Step 2: Contact Us
Please contact us at info@pawinspired.com before you return the product. A PawInspired.com representative will contact you will details of the return address.
Step 3: Prepare shipment
Send the product in its original packing with a copy of the Return Authorization (RA) email to the address specified by the PawInspired.com customer service representative. PawInspired.com is not responsible for the cost or arranging of return shipping. Customer is responsible for risk of loss of, or damage to the product during shipping (both to and from PawInspired.com). Return freight costs for issues related to shipping errors by the carrier, damage in transit, and other events outside of the direct control of PawInspired.com will not be covered. Any Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable..
Step 4: Collect Refund
You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details. All refunds will be issued with deduction of but not limited to a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Pallet Shipping
There are no returns on full Pallet Shipments. Please contact info@pawinspired.com before ordering a full pallet to make sure you are getting the items to match your needs.
